will be delivered on the next earliest possible date. No request for
refunds will be entertained.

delivery will be verified to the best of our abilities. No claim for
non-acceptance of gift items shall be entertained thereafter.
4. In no event shall Stallone Overseas Pvt. Ltd. be liable to the
user for any damage or loss of the consignment.
5. No refund shall be made if delivery could not be made due to
wrong address.
6. Stallone Overseas Pvt. Ltd. will deliver exactly the same gifts
as displayed on its web site.
7. Product order once placed cannot be cancelled. And any changes
in the order must be notified by the sender before the order is processed
(within 2 working hours after submitting the order).
8. Stallone Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any kind of
mishandling of credit card information given to CCNOW, the authorized
online retailer for the order placed.
9. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of "Stallone

evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information
